Die Honorare orientieren sich generell am Jahres-Bruttofixeinkommen. Je nach Anforderung wird im Vorfeld individuell ein Pauschalhonorar vereinbahrt.

Soweit zwischen PERSONALUNION und dem Auftraggeber keine anderweitigen Vereinbarungen getroffen wurden, ist 1/3 des Honorars bei Auftragserteilung,1/3 bei Präsentation von zwei geeigneten Kandidaten (dies sind solche, die dem Anforderungsprofil entsprechen und vom Auftraggeber zum Vorstellungsgespräch eingeladen wurden) sowie 1/3 bei Vertragsunterzeichnung zwischen dem von PERSONALUNION präsentierten Kandidaten und dem Auftraggeber zu zahlen.

Fees are generally based on gross annual income. Depending on requirements, it is possible to agree on an individual flat-rate fee in advance.

Unless otherwise agreed between PERSONALUNION and the client, 1/3 of the fee is payable at the time of placing of order, 1/3 at the time of presentation of two suitable candidates (these are such who match the requirement profile and were invited to a job interview by the client) and 1/3 upon contract signed between the candidate presented by PERSONALUNION and the client.

Garantien / Guarantees

Grundsätzlich gilt eine Probezeitgarantie.

Sollte der von PERSONALUNION präsentierte Kandidat das zukünftige Unternehmen vor Ablauf der vereinbarten Probezeit verlassen, leisten wir eine einmalige und selbstverständlich kostenfreie Ersatzbeschaffung bzw. eine Fortsetzung der Maßnahmen innerhalb von drei Monaten.

A general guarantee exists for the duration of the probationary period.

If the candidate presented by PERSONALUNION leaves the company before the end of the agreed probationary period, we shall provide a one-time replacement candidate and/or continue the adopted measures within three months – as a matter of course at no extra cost.
